A tune-up is how we find those things while they are still cheap to fix, and before the first cold night or the first hot week. Each visit includes a system cleaning, an inspection, and a performance check. If we find a part that needs service or replacing, we show you what we found and give you a fair price before we do anything. One customer told us we arrived a little early and left the unit cleaner than he had ever seen it. Our fall furnace tune-up is $100 and gets your furnace ready for winter. For A/C, we recommend a visit before the hot season. We work on residential and light commercial equipment around Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.
