How do I schedule service or request a quote?
Call us at (513) 581-3667 or send a request through the form on our contact page. We are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
How does a repair appointment work?
Our AC repair appointments start with an $85 service fee, which gets a technician to your home on time and covers diagnosis. The technician gives you a quote with your options. If you decide not to go ahead, you owe only the $85.

Do you work on both homes and businesses?
Yes. We serve residential customers and commercial properties. For businesses we do regular maintenance, emergency service and full installations.
Is it better to repair or replace an old furnace or AC unit?
It depends on the problem and the system's condition. A single failed part is often worth repairing, while repeated breakdowns on an aging unit can point toward replacement. We explain your options and give you a quote so you can decide.
Why is my AC running but not cooling the house?
Common causes include a dirty unit, airflow problems or a system fault. If your AC is blowing warm air, we can diagnose it and tell you what it needs.
How often should my furnace and air conditioner be serviced?
A yearly tune-up for each system is the usual recommendation. We tune up the AC before the cooling season and the furnace in the fall, with cleaning, an inspection and a performance check.
Is a heat pump a good fit for a home in this climate?
Heat pumps can work well in the Cincinnati area, and ductless mini-splits are an option for rooms or additions without ductwork. Call us and we can talk through what fits your home.
What can help with dust, allergies or humidity in my home?
A clean, well-maintained system helps, and regular filter changes make a difference. Ask us during a tune-up or estimate what suits your home.
